Sarah is a teacher whose passion lies within the healing power of yoga. Having started Yoga as a teenager, she trained to teach in 2015 with ‘Blissology’ whilst she was living in New Zealand. After experiencing the Christchurch Earthquakes, she became fascinated on how stress and trauma impacts the body on a cellular level and why the practice Yoga is so effective at bringing the body and mind back into balance. She combines her love for movement with her in-depth knowledge of anatomy to create classes that not only flow but stimulate a deep sense of rest.
