Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to help you achieve a state of highly focused attention. During hypnotherapy, a trained therapist guides the individual into a state of hypnosis, also known as a trance, which is a natural and altered state of consciousness that assists us to make changes to beliefs that no longer serve you. You are always fully in control of everything.
Once the individual is in a trance state, I use various techniques, such as suggestions or guided imagery, to help you access your subconscious mind and make positive changes in your thought processes, beliefs, and behaviours.
Hypnotherapy is often used to help individuals overcome fears, phobias, and anxiety as well as to manage pain and improve overall well-being. It is a therapy that has been practiced for thousands of years and is now helping millions around the world as neuroscience advances in leaps and bounds. And it can help you with:

I practice the Rapid Transformational Therapy technique pioneered by Marisa Peer and, the Old Pain to Go technique created by Steven Blakely.
Allow about 2 hours for each individual hypnotherapy session. This will be followed up about ten days later with a further 1-hour coaching and therapy session. At the end of your 2-hour hypnotherapy session, you will be provided with a digital recording of your exciting new reframe script that you should listen to, at least once a day, for 21 days.
The half hour discovery call, 2-hour hypnotherapy session plus subsequent 1 hour coaching and therapy call or meeting – £200. Further sessions, if necessary, can be agreed between us.
