Tracy meets you where you are at, whether you have never done Pilates, let alone Reformer sessions, have an issue such as back pain, or just want to get stronger and fitter, she can get you to work on a great program.
She has a regular clientele who come to her weekly (some even more than once!), and some who come on a more infrequent basis, so can work around you.
Reformer Pilates is what is called “closed chain” which means that movement is more controlled and therefore has less impact on the joints, making it suitable for all.
